Resource Usage Restrictions

Some resources can have restrictions to use. This means the person must meets some conditions to consume or use a resource another way.

• Only Safe Environment - the person can use resource only if no monsters around.
• No Hunger/Thrist/Overdose - the person can use resource when he doesn’t have critical status of satiety, hudration or intoxication respectively.
